Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped you will get a notification along with your tracking number. 

Order Cancellation 

Once your item has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

 

Incorrect shipping info

For security reasons no address changes will be made. Please make sure the address you provide is accurate.

 

Lost and stolen packages

We check all orders thoroughly before being shipped out. Pretty girls boutique is not responsible for any lost or damages that occur during the shipping process. Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will be handled by USPS or carrier. We please ask you to file a missing package claim with post office or carrier. Once it has been scanned in it is no longer in our control/responsibilty.
